Safety / Liability

As part of the registration process and before any child can participate in activities at Roots, the parent or guardian of any person participating in classes, events or activities at Roots Gymnastics Center is required to sign a safety / liability waiver agreeing to the following:

• Compliance with the rules and policies of the Center
• Awareness and appreciation of the risks, damages and losses associated with participation in gymnastics activities and events
• Allowing photos of the student to be used in marketing materials
• Certification that the student is able to participate in the programs without any restrictions.

Registration

You are about to give your child a fantastic opportunity by registering them for a class at Roots Gymnastics.  You can  register online,   by phone at 413-562-2333, or  download   and mail a registration form.  Please view our full class schedule and class descriptions to find the class that is right for your child.

All methods of registration require a $25.00 registration fee to reserve your child’s spot in a class. If your child was enrolled in our 2008 winter/spring season your $25.00 fee will be waived until January 2009.  Please make check payable to Roots Gymnastics Center, Inc. and mail to:  Roots Gymnastics Center, 209 Root Road, Westfield, MA  01085.

Our online registration is state of the art.   If you have any questions about the registration process please email or call Roots Gymnastics Center and we will get back to you within 24 hours.  To start: click on the Register Now button below.

(1) Fill in the online registration form out completely. 
Click "Next".
(2) Follow steps 1-5.  Repeat 2-5 completely for each additional child.  If you scroll over any class you can view descriptions and rates for each class.
(3) That's all there is to registering.  Your child is now enrolled in a fabulous class at Roots Gymnastics Center.

We'll hold your reservation for 30 days. To secure your reservation, please mail your $25.00 registration fee to the address listed above.  Full payment for session 1 will be due by March 10, 2008.  We look forward to meeting you in February!  Please keep checking the website for updates about our open houses to tour the gym.
