Roots Gymnastics Center is always on the lookout for RELIABLE and ENERGETIC TEACHERS for our School Age and Pre-School Recreational Gymnastics Classes. Our program is growing and we are looking for fun, innovative, enthusiastic individuals to teach gymnastics to girls and boys, ages 1 through teen. Most available classes run weekday evenings and weekend mornings. 

Gymnastics experience is helpful, BUT NOT REQUIRED for candidates who's personality and character match the above requirements. We will train the right individual who is sports minded with a kid-friendly personality.

Front Office/Customer Service Host

Roots Gymnastics Center on the lookout for a CUSTOMER SERVICE MINDED, APPROACHABLE, and RELIABLE front desk support and customer service host! We are looking for someone who was born to chat, smile, meet, and greet! The right candidate represents the first point of contact with our clients and should have a talent for multi-tasking. They will perform essential front desk administrative tasks including answering phone calls and emails, greeting families, and light cleaning duties. All new customer service hosts will also be responsible for registering students, handling financial transactions, verifying student status, and other tasks related to enrollment and assisting families. Roots Gymnastics Center will train the right individual who is family minded with a kid-friendly personality.

Birthday Party and Special Event Hosts

Roots Gymnastics Center is looking to add to our Birthday Party Staff. We are looking for fun, enthusiastic, responsible and kid friendly staff, aged 16+, to host Birthday Parties on Saturday and/or Sundays and Special Events on Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday. This is a well paying position that is perfect for an athletics minded and kid-friendly high school or college student, or young professional looking to supplement their income during non-traditional hours! Our parties are organized and FUN!

Competitive Team Coach

Roots Gymnastics Center, located in Western Massachusetts is seeking a full time or part time team coach experienced in all Levels of JO and/or Xcel competition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of accomplishment in areas of interest, as well as a passion for working with developmental and pre-competitive programs to light the fire of enthusiasm and lay early foundations for future advancement. 

In addition to fostering a positive coaching style that builds gymnast confidence, applicants should be proven planners, understanding the importance of success through actively creating and maintaining team lesson plans and charting development. Applicants must also be able to work in a cohesive “team” coaching environment with respect and collaboration with all team coaches and be constantly willing to learn as well as teach new coaching and training techniques. 

Our facility has a dedicated team gym occupied exclusively by the competitive program, which allows our athletes and coaches to perform at their optimal best.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard-working coach that is motivated to achieve success for themselves and their athletes.
