This encompasses 30 minutes of structured activities followed by 15 minutes of free exploration and play.

**For Ages 4 - 8 Exclusively**

This includes guided games, activities, and gymnastics or ninja obstacles. 

**45 Minutes of Celebration** 

2 Gym Coaches 

1 Party Host 

**$300 for 15 Children** 

$15 for each additional child. 

Capacity up to 20 children. 

• Parties are offered on Saturdays starting at 1:00 PM at our East Longmeadow facility, located at         126 Industrial Drive.

QUICK FACTS

• A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking. After your reservation, please complete the online form within 24 hours. This form will be sent to you via email! The remaining balance is to be settled at the party check-in.

• Our parties are tailored specifically to the birthday child's age, and all age restrictions will be enforced to ensure the safety of all attendees.

• Roots Gymnastics will provide in-gym entertainment led by our party leaders, invitations, and one-party host during your event. You are responsible for all flatware, paper products, food, and decorations. You may arrive 10 minutes early to set up.



• All participants, ages 8 months to 8 years, must have a waiver completed by their legal parent or guardian submitted before the party begins. Instructions for notifying your guests will be provided.
