Four-year-olds are active! They can run, hop, climb, and throw a ball, gaining strength that enhances their speed and ability to learn new gymnastics skills. Their cognitive development allows them to interpret and remember learning objectives.
The Sweet Pea curriculum supports their readiness for learning in a dynamic educational gymnastics environment. Four Peas practice forward, straddle, and backward rolls on different mats, focusing on straighter legs and longer holds. They also develop balance with beam skills like straight jumps and alternating kick sequences.
