Rec Team

The Rec Team is designed for athletes invited to join an Advanced Gymnastics class, aiming to immerse gymnasts in the experience of being part of a competitive gymnastics team. Participants will work on routines tailored to their unique skill levels and progress through all four Olympic events.

1) Gymnasts motivated to advance towards securing a spot on a Roots competitive team.

2) Gymnasts looking to delve into the competitive side of gymnastics without making a full commitment to a Team program.

3) Gymnasts who are passionate about gymnastics and desire a more team-focused environment than what an Advanced Recreational class provides.

4) Gymnasts excited about the sport but unsure of what competition involves; this program will give them valuable insights into the competitive experience.

Developmental Team

5 YEARS AND OLDER

The Women’s Development Program (WDP) was established with the conviction that every athlete, regardless of their potential, needs a strong foundation of fundamental skills to progress safely. The program enables gymnasts to advance at their own pace.

Levels 1 through 3 can serve as a non-competitive, achievement-focused pathway for introductory or recreational competitive gymnastics.

Compulsory: The second segment includes Levels 4 and 5, both of which are designed to be progressive, building on the skills acquired at the preceding level.

Optional: The third segment encompasses Levels 6-10, with Levels 6, 7, 8, and 9 featuring specific difficulty restrictions.
